DESCRIPTION
Work a ski season in the Swiss Alps!
As Bar manager you will be responsible for running the bar in the Mountain Lodge Hotel, Les Crosets. You will report to the hotel manager and F&B manager. You will be responsible for maximizing profits by organizing quiz nights and encouraging guests to use the bar.
It is your responsibility to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is present in the bar at all times and to encourage guests (through special promotions, competitions etc) to drink and socialise in our bar as much as possible throughout their holiday.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the bar, terrace and lounge areas, fast, efficient and friendly service and a personal touch with all our guests are of the utmost importance to this role.
As we are a small hotel, being able to work well within a team and encourage a happy working environment is essential. In return you will receive a competitive salary, bonuses based on revenue and time to enjoy the mountains from our on the piste location.
REQUIREMENTS
You will have previous experience of:
* Bar service
* Cashing up, cost control, ordering and cellar management
* Customer service
* A high level of French is necessary for this role
